The Good Counsel Network is an amazing gift to the Church in our lands. Every year many babies and their families are saved from the horror of abortion through the prayer, fasting, and solid counselling by the team and their supporters.
If you're still considering who to support with your Lenten almsgiving then why not provide concrete support to the work of the Good Counsel Network? In their Christmas newsletter Stuart McCullough said;
As we are all aware from news reports the country is facing an economic crisis. This economic crisis does effect the Good Counsel Network in that we still have our regular expenses but our income has decreased over the last few months. At the moment we are helping more than twenty mothers with small amounts of food, baby milk, nappies, baby clothes and goods and other practical help. It would be devastating to think that someone would have an abortion because we could not offer them the support that they genuinely need.
And of course the economic crisis has only increased in the interim.Â
Please pray and fast for the work of this great ogranisation and for all the souls that they help each day of each year. And please pray about an amount of money that you could spare to help in this great work of saving both lives and souls.Â
