Pope Benedict XV instituted the Feast of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus to be celebrated on the Thursday within the Octave of the Sacred Heart.
This is today - Thursday 21st June -Â and we are asked to offer Holy Mass and to receive Holy Communion in reparation to Our Blessed Lord for all the sacrileges and blasphemies with which He is so offended in the Most Holy Eucharist in our present times.
Let us heed His call and console His Sacred Heart Today.
